Notification of Media Use

Unless the parent or legal guardian request otherwise, the school or news media may list students’ names, take pictures and/or make audio-visual recordings of students during sporting events, awards ceremonies, and general interest events. Students’ names, pictures and/or audio-visual presentations of students may appear on the school system or individual school web sites. Pictures and/or audio-visual recording that identify students as receiving special education instruction will not be allowed without prior approval. If you do not wish for your child’s name/picture to be given to the media or placed on the school website, please sign the form provided each fall and return to your child's teacher.
